Title: Legal Requirements for Sweepstakes Applications

Hi, all.
I have to document a sweepstakes application to ensure that it meets legal requirements and can survive an audit.  I seem to remember that someone on the list was involved with Lotto documentation.  Anyone know who she is?  Also, anyone have any info on who would conduct an audit and what the "requirements" would be?
