The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I researched this as hard as I could, and found no
easy way to sort or otherwise manipulate this
dropdown list.
I did create another control that loaded the
styles in the current document and sorted them
(and skipped the dopey wysiwyg formatting of the
list) and presented them, but it took FOREVER to
load. And I had to reload it every time I switched
between windows. Not a viable solution.
