Creating a custom toolbar was the only way we could get a handle on styles.
You can either put the styles themselves directly on the toolbar or put them
on menus that you put on the toolbar.
While you can copy the custom toolbar to other documents or templates, the
menus on the toolbar will not copy successfully and you need to re-create
them if you use the toolbar elsewhere and want the same design.
