can anyone suggest a synonym or a better way of saying broken dow n

In a lot of the documentation that was written previously, and which I'm now
editing, is the phrase "broken down" used a lot. For example,
"This file contains all holdings at that trust broken down by fund and
account."
I'm trying to come up with a better way to say this, but I'm coming up
blank. I really don't like the negative connotation that "broken down" has
and would like to find an alternative, any suggestions?
