Scott has some good summarizing points. As a follow up question to the original
PDF question and responses, I'd like to ask:
If you provide PDF files that you think your client might print, do you tend to
provide larger, comprehensive documents (despite the longer DL time), or do you
break up larger topics into smaller ones, which might be interdependent? And if
so, how do you provide navigation between the different docs?
And if you create HTML "user guide" kinda stuff, do you enable users to DL PDF
files, and if so, do you provide the larger PDF files or the smaller ones?
