RE: Frame 6.0 - inadvertent conversion of cross-refs to text

Your writer converted the cross-refs.

You can choose to do this independently from any other action. Or, if you
delete the cross-ref style, FrameMaker prompts you to convert the affected
cross-refs to text (select no and the style is  not deleted but the
cross-refs remain intact).
