Ah, but are they? I've never been anywhere that the process was documented, and
come to think of it, it's very seldom been overtly explained. (It's a wonderful
thing to ask what the next step is and get a blank stare.) In two cases I was
simply expected to know, and slammed for not doing the right thing the first
time. I hate when that happens.
