You'll probably spend more time opening and saving the PDF files than
Acrivate will spend hyperlinking the page numbers. (Maybe that's the manual
work you're referring to...)
You really got me excited until I downloaded the demo and read the user
manual. Seems that this plug-in only works if your index is in the same PDF
file as the other chapters and if the page numbering is simple 1, 2, 3, etc.
Unfortunately, many of our manuals comprise several PDF files. And all of
them have page number prefixes like 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 etc. Is there a product
out there that could help me?
