Another possibility is to subscribe to the TECHWR-L list, set it to NOMAIL,
read the messages on USENET (newsgroup is bit.listserv.techwr-l), and then
reply to posts from there (you will have to change the To: address).
Newsgroups are often easier to read than email lists, I find, and they don't
clog your mailbox should you ignore them for a week. In order to post to the
list, you have to be subscribed.
