Wrote a lengthier response, but my email program flushed it. I think Jan Henning
has said most of what I was getting at.
In addition, personnally I don't think "numeral" is a good word in this case.
The only time I hear it used is in reference to "roman numerals". I think the
underlying issue here is that anyone giving suggestions for replacement words is
ignoring the fact that the current word is correct, perfectly clear and
understandable, AND the translator HAS translated it correctly.
There is absolutely no reasonm to waste any time what-so-ever finding
replacements.
