I've taken to using Computing Edge's Time Tool ($15!) to calculate actual time spent, then using those stats to estimate future projects. I constantly underbid and am trying to break myself of the habit. I make it up in the edit stage--only 8 hours free edit services per contract--but I also discount invoices for long term clients.

No form or template will help you come up with a work
estimate. Your estimate is based on person hours of
work.
