On my keyboard here and at home, both keys say "Enter". Haven't seen a "Return" since I got rid of my typewriter.

On most of the keyboards I have seen (101 or 105 keys) there is a
Return key and an Enter key. The Enter key usually being on the
10-keypad. Return is normally for the typists, the Enter is normally
for 10-keypad entry.

Otherwise, you could use them interchangeably since they both produce
the same input code.
