Hi Wade,
our product is completely amendable, each form, field and box can be altered 
to the customer's requirements. In the online help I include a section 
"Using this help", which contains a brief note as to the bespoke naming 
issue, along the lines of "due to the bespoke nature of the product, there 
may be textual discrepancies between the help system and the amended 
product".
However, whenever using the default form name I also includes its
identifier or key, as a second point of reference.
