I use NJ Star. It allows underlining of Chinese characters -- single or
double underline.
It will only bold alphabetic characters -- for example, if you intersperse
English words with the Chinese Hanzi.
Also email the folks at http://www.chinesesoftware.com/
They carry everything that's available in Chinese software -- they can
probably answer your questions.
I got my Chinese software from them, and they are familiar (hands on) with
each package.
There is also a source for different Chinese character sets, but recently,
when I tried to connect, it timed out.
