John makes a good point. Have you tried finding out why this person acts this
way? While the direct approach that some posters suggested is appropriate in
many cases, you might want to try asking simple questions or observing this
person's behavior first. Someone else suggested that you take notes about what's
really going on. That's good because it'll help you discern facts from
generalizations. Either what to do will become glaringly obvious, or the problem
may be deeper than you realize and there may be little that you can do to help.
