Executive evaluation criteria for documentation

Stage One
- If the documentation is done, it's acceptable.
- If it's not done, it's bad.

Stage Two
- If the customer says nothing about it, it's still acceptable.
- If the customer complains about it, it's bad.
- If the customer says something nice about it, it's excellent.
