Let's see...e-learning tools that come readily to mind:
- Toolbook (www.click2learn.com)
- Dreamweaver, Authorware, or HTML & Flash (more complicated, but doable)
(www.macromedia.com)
- Lectora Publisher (www.trivantis.com)

Each has their own set of strengths/weaknesses, features, bells, and
whistles, and assorted glitches and necessary workarounds. As far as which
one should you choose - that really depends on (a) what you need to do, (b)
your level of technical expertise/ability to learn to do techie stuff well,
(c) how much you want to pay.
