I have a sales document that's exceedingly graphics-heavy. Most of the
graphics are imported PowerPoint slides that were cropped to show only the
relevant bits -- and the relevant bits were mostly originally created in
Illustrator (not by me).
Hi
The easiest way to reduce the size of the images without much work is to
save the MS Word document as a web page. Once this is done all images in
the document are saved as JPEGs or GIFs.
Reinsert these images in the document. The size does reduce drastically.
