Re: Shift in Job Profile, Please Suggest
Hi,
I had been working as a Technical Writer for the last four years and have
received an offer to work as Process Architect/Process Engineer. I do not
know much about the job profile of Process Architect and its roles and
responsibilities....
4. Should I take up the offer with a hike of about 27% and 40%of the
salary component being a part of the annualised pay or retiral
package.
Of course you should take it, unless you have some compelling personal reason not to. It would be great for your career, and I'd probably take it if I were you.
On the other hand, Abhijit, I suspected this kind of credential inflation was taking place in the global IT market; thank you for providing a data point. Recruiters and RFP writers, take note.
