close once or twice. That said, I worked for a documentation company
(that's all they did) so there WAS management buy-in for the whole
process.
Where it's not based in reality you have to remember that like all good
'stories' there's a modicum of truth in it :-). Even if some of the
details are irrelevant the bare bones of the structure can still be
useful.
