Hi,
Sometimes the textbook approach helps.
Make lists.
Every job change must involve a push factor and a pull factor. The push is
what makes you want to leave where you are..
List what you want to get away from in your current job.
List what you will be sacrificing by leaving your current job.
List everything that attracts you to your next job.
Make notes against these list items.
Write down what you can change about the push factors.
Write down what those sacrifices are going to mean to you.
Write down how much of what you find attractive in the new place can be
changes, or will remain attractive six months/a year/five years down the
line.
This may not give you a clear Yes/No position, but it helps you ensure that
you consider all possible aspects.
The results will depend on how honest you are about your perceptions.

I once made a move from a large corporation to a smaller company, in pursuit
of more fulfilling, meaningful work. Followed my heart... didn't work them
lists.
It was blazing hell packed in a spiky suppository.
That lesson will be passed down in my genes until the next mutation.
I'm not saying that could happen to you. But you may want to have a plan B,
an ace up your sleeve, a silver bullet, and a security blanket.
