I reward people who have gone above what they are supposed to do. I
don't bribe those who don't even do what they are paid for, to get them
to do even that much.
Besides,,,my reward is not chocolate..it is an email to the person to
whom they report, letting their management know they did an especially
good job. You can't put chocolate in your review folder.
Gene...your message didn't say you do bribe the incompetent...it was
