Hello Paul,

The most convenient interface is a custom one that is
designed for the specific task.
IMO, the fastest way to create a custom form is to make a
web page with PHP, ASP or Perl script that accepts data,
processes it and saves in the database (e.g. in mySQL).

What database (DBMS) do you use? Some database systems have
their own form tools that allows to make custom forms
easily, e.g. Access, Foxpro, etc.
