Runtime error opening pop-up

Hello,

I am using RoboHelp X5 HTML.

We have just converted to CHM output vs HLP.  Our QA group discovered that on the "first attempt to open" if a pop-up link is "quickly" double-clicked a Runtime error displays advising "Access is denied."   After that you cannot force the error. The pop-up works.

If on your first attempt to open the pop-up you click normally, the pop-up works and you cannot force the error after that.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
