Hello,
Your problem is my problem...literally. We also just started generating
CHM from our HPJ projects, and I can reproduce what you are seeing in
our help files as well. Thanks for pointing that out - we hadn't found
that yet :-) Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for it either. I'll
keep looking and let you know if I find something.
Also, when we mouse over a graphic in the CHM file, the filename for the
graphic is displayed. Is there a way to disable this behavior?
We had a lot of trouble getting our context-sensitive IDs to work as
well. We did finally get them to work, but there are a lot of workaround
steps we have to do when we generate the outputs in order to have them
brought up correctly in our application. If you have context-sensitive
help IDs I'd be curious to hear how that went for you.
Kind regards,
Portia

Subject: Runtime error opening pop-up
Hello,
I am using RoboHelp X5 HTML.
We have just converted to CHM output vs HLP. Our QA group discovered
that on the "first attempt to open" if a pop-up link is "quickly"
double-clicked a Runtime error displays advising "Access is denied."
After that you cannot force the error. The pop-up works.
If on your first attempt to open the pop-up you click normally, the
pop-up works and you cannot force the error after that.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Joe Pollock
