I use Freemind too. You can download it off the net, just google Freemind Mind Mapping software...as the name suggests, it is free.
I also discovered a nice non-work use for it...it is great for making ancesteral charts if you are into genealogy. You can go back as many generations as you want, and it has a nice folding feature so you can view only what you want to view.
