1. Allocate 30 seconds for the process, beccause that's all you will
need.
2. Display the picture
3. Use Snagit to take a screen capture of it.
4. Select an edge effect from the pallet. From here you can pick from
numerous edges including drop shadow, control the width, color, and depth.
