As Fred noted, File > Utilities > Compare Documents lets you compare
individual FM files. But you can also compare books. File > Utilities >
Compare Books is available from a book window. In both cases, be sure to
examine and select the options you want.

Have you tried the compare function built into Acrobat? In Acrobat 7
Professional, it's Document > Compare Documents. As with FM, you need to
consider and select the options you want.
