Agreed.
When a project is initiated and SMEs are assigned I "force" them to give me
all of their contact info...this includes home, cell, IM and such. Of
course, I only dig for this info if I work from home.
I do become relentless when it comes to gathering information...I think it's
a survival skill in this profession.
