Hello,

I have a problem with my chm help system. I'm pretty sure this is a developer problem, but before I start pointing the finger, I want to throw this out to everyone, just in case someone has encountered this before.

The help is pretty standard, press F1 to access context-sensitive help.

This worked well on the previous version, but now with the current one, it will open the help file once, and not again. And not if you have any dialogs open. You can still access the help from the menu.

I haven't changed anything since the previous version, it's still being created by AuthorIT, then S&R is replacing the TOC to allow merging.

I've looked at the two different help files using FAR, and the only difference I can see is that a greyed out file/field/option #IVB is missing.

So two questions:

Has anyone had this problem and know what's going on?

What is the file/option/field #IVB, and is it important?
