I have files in my alias section, and I can't see anything wrong with
it.
I've had a look at previous source files that worked, and can't see any
difference.
I've tried deleting and re-instating the alias section, (using FAR), but
it just doesn't want to play. It will not create a new help project it
refuses to create a #IVB file.
We use this system where the alias file calls an xhtm file that defines
the call. This was working perfectly before...
I've also tried created a traditional alias section. Didn't work either.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Nicola

When you compile an HTML Help file, the entries in the ALIAS section of
your project (.hhp) file are written into the #IVB file. So, the absence
of the #IVB file suggests that you have an empty or incorrectly
formatted ALIAS section. Do you have access to the .hhp file to confirm
this? And can you reproduce the problem by firing context integers at
the help file with, for example, the test facilities in HTML Help
Workshop (http://tinyurl.com/5lsk4a, Test > HtmlHelp API)?
There's a little more information on the #IVB file here:
