When you compile an HTML Help file, the entries in the ALIAS section of your
project (.hhp) file are written into the #IVB file. So, the absence of the
#IVB file suggests that you have an empty or incorrectly formatted ALIAS
section. Do you have access to the .hhp file to confirm this? And can you
reproduce the problem by firing context integers at the help file with, for
example, the test facilities in HTML Help Workshop
