No saluation at all is required, or if that really makes you feel
uncomfortable, say, "Hello," so you don't make the poor schnook who has to
read your epistle have to wade through meaningless chatter.
It wouldn't hurt to address it to the "Product Manager," if it's a
complaint, though.
