I agree with
- printing (if budgets allow) at least 2-4 quick start/getting started/quick
ref sheets on margin-less A4/Letter paper. Pay attention to what information
makes great starter or quick reference material.
It'll make great follow-on marketing material to your customers. You can
throw in some stickers too. It'll reduce support calls which are real added
costs to you later as well. You'll sell more product to the same customer if
you pay attention to detail.
Keeping the majority on CD is the sensible thing to do in this market. But
you can always provide an option for printed books as an added surcharge for
added printing/revenue costs.
