Karen, In your case would submit your style guides, document plans,
and training material you provide your SMEs to demonstrate your
process and get certification for tech doc project management or
document design.
I posted a note on Sharon's blog about how I hope the certification
process is designed around a framework and not a list of points to
check off. That way the process is free to adapt to the trends in the
industry.
We are in an interesting transition from domain specialist to
knowledge management. The process and required output, though similar,
contain mny differences.
