The company's products used to come with printed manuals, which of course
had more text. It was a good change for the company in terms of cost and
time-to-market, but as a consumer when I bought a similar product after
leaving that job, I chose one from one of the company's competitors that
still came with a printed manual. But I presume it was a good enough effort
for the company's needs, as their products continue to sell without me as a
customer.
I told you I resembled that curmudgeon remark...
