At $13 an hour you'd spend your time more profitably by getting jobs through odesk.com. No commuting costs that way and you can handle it, you can do multiple jobs simultaneously.

This looks like a position ripe for a young newbie, as there are plenty of
young people with associate degrees who could fill this position. I
wouldn't waste my time with this.
Oh, and "... above average knowledge of the *varies* software tools
required...". I know that few placement agencies bother to check their own
postings, but this would also cause me to turn up my nose.
I also knew some Volt contractors at HP who weren't happy with that outfit;
I'm glad I had a choice and went with CDI for that gig.
