When it comes to documentation, I'll settle for useful over sexy any day.
Because all those bells and whistles mean absolutely nothing if people
can't answer the questions they need to. I've been all over web sites
that were slick as all heck, but couldn't find the information I
needed. (I don't care how many cup holders your car has, or that I can
build a 360 degree 3-D virtual model of the car I can buy with custom
paint and carpeting options, how many miles to the gallon does the
darn thing get?!?!).
Or maybe I'm just a curmudgeon?
