Importing Word Files with Hidden Text into RoboHelp 9

I wonder if anyone on the list might have a suggestion for a possible
solution to an import issue.

We have Word 2007 files which are published with and without hidden text.
Our intent is to import the Word files with   into RoboHelp 9.0 with the
hidden text displaying. Word is set to display hidden text, and all files
are marked to display hidden text. When files are imported into
the RoboHelp project, the hidden text does not display and we can't quite
see where to tweak RH to get the hidden text to display.

Has anyone ever run into this issue?
