That's a good point. Actually we have 2 candidates who would have to
relocate if they were hired. The first interview will be over the phone.
They will learn then that if they're hired and relocate to Paris, the
company will not provide any assistance (financial or logistical).
I know my manager will ask for the reasons why they want to come to Paris
and consider if it's a good/justified/potentially successful move so I'm
fairly confident we'll hire the right person :)
