Hi,
This is a curiosity question, since my company has the exact same documentation needs as Apple. Also, I work at a telecommunications company and I'm making a proposal to the board wrt investing in new tools. I want to be prepared when they ask me the obvious question, "Why can't we use whatever Apple does?" :)
Personally, I've been very impressed with their iPhone documentation, which is available as PDF, Web Help, and Mobile Help (if not more). How do they do it? What is their authoring and CMS environment?
Any and all pointers are much appreciated :)
Thanks,
Francis
