Misti,
As a recipient of these cut and paste service memos written on behalf of
people who don't speak my language, I say don't do it.
I would rather a poorly written account from someone with the specific
technical expertise I need, than a well-written selection of generic
help steps.
Those belong on your company website, not communication with the customer
who took the time to contact you.
