If your marketing people WANT to use the acronym, for example if they intend to register it as a trademark and want it to be the way everyone refers to the product, then I would suggest doing your title in two lines, something like this:

First line: MAS (in really big letters)
Next line: My Awesome Software (in much smaller letters)

After that, you can refer to the product only as "MAS."

It's usually a big branding mistake to use abbreviations as product names, but if that's what your marketing people have decided, it's on their heads, not yours. So make them happy
