Incite Multimedia is a start-up division focusing its efforts on
networked multimedia products. Incite intends to deliver the first
interactive voice, data, and video networks to meet the market demand for
a standards-based LAN that can distribute multiple media to users'
desktop computers. The Incite products use the key technologies of
isoEthernet, asynchronous transfer mode (ATM), client/server design, and
integrated services digital network (ISDN) to marry the rich features of
LANs and PBXs into a common infrastructure.
Experience must include:
* Five+ years of direct experience producing documentation for
customers
using telecommunications or telephony software applications in a
Windows environment.
* Using Microsoft Word 6.0 or FrameMaker,
* Interviewing leading-edge software developers,
* Creating on-line help,
* Developing graphics (drawings or screen captures).
Additional experience desired:
* Designing document page layouts,
* Experience working with service bureaus.
