Well, that may be true, but NetHelp is hardly platform-independent. It
requires a specific platform: a current version of Netscape Navigator. The
fact that NetHelp can be deployed on different operating systems does not
make it platform-independent. WinHelp can be deployed on UNIX (using
Bristol's HyperHelp) and on Macintosh (using Altura's QuickHelp), but I
don't think that means WinHelp is platform-independent, either.
