Just my two cents... but if you are saying a process delivers benefits,
shouldn't it be "Improved adherence... icreased sales... an automated and
expedited standardized..." since those are the benefits? Maybe I am wrong
too, but both the solution you and the analyst propose sound wrong to me.
I don't know of any rules, I'm just going by what I would write.
