Yes, you can tweak the audio/video synchrnonization, However, you'll get
the best result if you follow a classic animation production process and
record your audio form script first. Then capture you screen while
listening to the audio playback. You'll find that you have very tightly
macthed audio and screen actions that require very little tweaking.
