OT: Blog software suggestions

Hi, everyone,

I'd like to start my own health & wellness blog, to accompany my FaceBook 
page (Curly Haired Chicas Health Quest), and am just starting to research 
blog software. Anyone have any software/blog suggestions they'd care to 
share? Please keep in mind that I'm doing this on a budget.
